What We're Looking For White Rabbit Group is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Account Executive (AE) to join our team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoys building meaningful connections. As the primary liaison between our agency partners and project management team, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth execution of web and software development projects. You'll be responsible for driving awareness of White Rabbit Group, generating interest with qualified leads, and setting up introduction calls within your territory. This includes managing the full partner lifecycle (outreach, activation, and ongoing nurture) while building your own book of business through a mix of warm and cold leads. You'll research creative agencies and studios, engage in communities like LinkedIn and Slack, and craft thoughtful messages that spark real conversations. Our partners range from solo founders to global agencies, so adaptability is key. At White Rabbit Group, we focus on creating long-term partnerships by delivering premium development services that our agency partners can trust. This role offers a base salary plus commission. Experience Level 2+ years Responsibilities * Develop and maintain strong relationships with agency clients, understanding their needs, goals, and expectations. * Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients, ensuring consistent outreach and follow-ups. * Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to new business development efforts. * Serve as the bridge between agency clients and project management, facilitating clear communication and feedback loops. * You have strong organizational and follow-up skills, ensuring no client interaction or opportunity is overlooked. Qualifications * 2+ years of experience in account management, business development, or client services (preferably in a software or technology-focused company). * Flawless communication skills, both written and oral, with a knack for social selling. * Enjoys finding clever entry points to a genuine conversation. * You're sales-minded, but your approach is genuine and human. * Broad knowledge of advertising agencies and creative studios. * You're experienced with and knowledgeable about web design and development (hands-on technical expertise is not a requirement). * Demonstrated ability to work solo as a productive self-starting team member. * Has experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other similar prospecting applications. * You know your way around a CRM (we use Hubspot), Notion, and Google Workspace. * Understanding of our industry and brand to successfully establish rapport with prospects.
