Key Responsibilities: * Engage with warm inbound and outbound leads daily. * Build rapport, educate customers, and guide them toward the best solution. * Meet and exceed minimum sales expectations. * Track sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools * Maintain a professional and personable communication style at all times. * Take ownership of your performance and growth with the support of an experienced team leader. Sales Expectations & Earnings Structure: * Minimum: 10 sales per week (starting baseline). * Commission: $30-100 per sale, uncapped. * Top Performers: 15-25+ sales weekly = significant earning potential. * Daily Bonuses: Immediate bonus opportunities based on daily performance. * Weekly Pay Range: $1,000-$2,000+, depending on your consistency and drive. Your earnings are in your control -- the more you close, the more you make.
