What You Can Expect The Customer Account Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded. They serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the company, working to understand client goals and deliver tailored solutions that drive satisfaction and loyalty. Account Specialist oversee project timelines, coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services or products and monitor ongoing performance to ensure continued success. They are also tasked with identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, contributing to revenue growth while managing client budgets and addressing any issues or concerns promptly. Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills are essential in this role. How You'll Create Impact * Obtain Service contract POs across multiple product lines to ensure coverage on customer's capital with quarterly and annual target in mind. * Create documentation to support service models and collaborate with contracting partners to execute. * Facilitate service conversations and act as a lesion with several internal and external groups including, customers, reps, field service teams, logistics teams and finance groups. * Manage the service status of accounts as well as their capital equipment with other internal teams to provide the best possible experience. * Maintain updated notes with, sales activity, customer information, and deal status. * Identify and resolve issues and challenges relating to the customer experience. What Makes You Stand Out * Demonstrated excellence with oral and written communication skills. * Demonstrated ability to use excellent analytical skills, business acumen and strategic thinking * Demonstrated knowledge of sales reporting software and financial, accounting management * Influence the direction of the sales force in regard to contract management and negotiation * Advanced Microsoft Office Suite, an understanding of the dynamics within the distributors, excellent organizational and analytical skills. * Knowledge of medical device business and products preferred. Your Background * High School Diploma or equivalent required. * Bachelor Degree in business or related field preferred. * Ability to interact with Customers, Distributors, and internal management on all levels.
