Your Role: * Independently identify and engage potential clients by leveraging networking and prospecting skills. * Educate homeowners on ProTerra's innovative solar energy solutions and demonstrate how they can save money while supporting a sustainable future. * Confidently present options and close sales contracts through consultative selling techniques. * Participate in company-led events and initiatives to generate leads and build brand awareness. What We Look For: * Minimum 1 year of outside sales experience (solar sales experience preferred). * Proven ability to work independently , manage your schedule, and self-generate leads. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships. * Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-driven work ethic. * A valid driver 's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation are required. * Ability to manage evening and weekend appointments as needed. * A smartphone for communication and customer interaction. Work Location & Requirements: * Primary Location: Tulsa, OK (ability to commute required). * Relocation: Must relocate before starting work (if not local). * Schedule: Monday-Friday, with weekends as needed.
