Many agents here close 23 homes a month in their first 90 days using what we teach. We start with hands-on onboarding. In your first 5 days, youll learn how to work leads, hold buyer and seller consults, and review contractsso you can get out showing homes right away. Heres what we expect from you: Manage transactions for buyers and sellers. Keep your clients informed every step of the way. Write accurate contracts. Handle all listings and purchase paperwork correctly. Use current data to price homes. Help your clients stay competitive. Stay in touch and reply quickly. Fast follow-up keeps clients engaged.
