Description: POSITION SUMMARY The Inside Sales Representative handles inbound and outbound calls, develop new leads, communicate with customers, understand their needs, and ensure a smooth sales process. It requires you to interact with hundreds of customers each week across the country to resolve support issues, sell new products and services, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience., and ensure a best- in-class experience. In addition to providing exceptional service, you will need to be a confident, fully engaged team player dedicated to bringing a positive and enthusiastic outlook to TWRS each day. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * Communicate with customers, make calls to potential customers, and follow up on leads * Meet and surpass sales goals set by TWRS management * Use persuasive skills to upsell and cross sell additional products and services * Answer customer questions about equipment and proper use * Enter orders for customers inside/outside sales * Handle customer concerns and complaints * Resolve customer issues by collaborating with other departments * Regularly contact customers to ensure a positive experience * Inform customers of upcoming promotions * Establish positive rapport with customers via phone and in person Requirements: SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED * Experience with NetSuite * Previous experience with inside sales required * Prioritization and time management skills * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Proficiency in administrative tasks and documentation * Professionalism in all situations in the workplace and when working with customers * Ability to maintain an organized and clean work environment EDUCATION REQUIRED * Bachelors in relevant field preferred * High School Diploma or equivalent is required * Must be 18 years of age or older.
