The candidate we seek: * Has direct in-home sales experience * Has the ability to adapt to most people * Is not afraid to make money and ask for it * Willing to take evening appointments (6pm) and work occassionally on Saturdays * Can sell products he/she believes in * Is independent yet will take direction * Likes pre-set appointments but also not afraid to create self generated leads as well * Detail oriented * Strong communicator USA Insulation , a leading provider of residential and commercial insulation products and services with over 70 locations across the country is seeking a professional salesperson to join our team in Tampa Bay. As an in- home Sales Consultant, you will conduct a detailed assessment of the insulation needs of a homeowner. You will provide solutions and pricing at the time of presentation and book an install date while in the home. Self-generation is strongly encouraged and rewarded with increased commission. This is a 100% commission only position. Year one compensation should be between 75K - 125K. Earning potential is unlimited, and most reps earn a six-figure income at USA Insulation. * 1 year in home sales experience preferred but not required * Able to work independently * Must have smart phone and working knowledge of mobile apps * Previous CRM experience a plus * Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record * Fitting our culture is more important than having previous sales experience, we are willing to train the right person if they don't have previous selling experience * Detail oriented, great listener, excellent communicator is a must Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule Compensation Package: * Commission pay * Uncapped commission Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Experience: * Sales: 2 years (Required) Ability to Commute: * Clearwater, FL 33762 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Clearwater, FL 33762: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
