Full description of the position

Summary We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative with experience in interior/exterior waterproofing and landscape draining solutions. This role has the opportunity to help lead, strategize and grow the company. The ideal candidate possesses a can-do attitude, has a strong work ethic, ability to work with diverse sets of personalities, effective communicator, experience in residential home service sales, comfortable utilizing technology and CRM tools, is professional, punctual, and trustworthy when meeting with customers and entering their homes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The sales representative will be responsible for achieving sales quotas by retaining and expanding relationships with existing customers and aggressively adding new customers. Additional duties include: * Identify and develop existing as well as new customers within Northeast Ohio territory; * Handle high-quality inbound leads and referrals * Perform on-site inspections to identify basement water issues and yard drainage problems * Collaborate on local marketing efforts, brand awareness, and territory development * Establishing ongoing communication with customers in order to stay connected with their needs, in addition to documenting all sales activity within the CRM * Prospecting for new accounts and customers within and outside of territory by conducting cold calls and follow up calls with regards to commercial and residential projects, colleges, athletic fields, schools, municipalities, and more. * Consult with customers over the phone and in-person to identify their needs, answer questions, provide product information, and create customized solutions * Assist in development and implementation of special projects, promotions, and trade show and find opportunities to network and promote the organizations products and services * Promote product sales by promoting tie-in and promotional products and striving to expand customer purchasing to products that satisfy a full-spectrum of needs. * Recommends product enhancements by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors. * Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks. * Responsible for obtaining qualified leads through internal and external marketing efforts, setting appointments, and enrolling new members by using company sponsored sales tools. * Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas * Follow all E&S safety guidelines and complete incident reports immediately when required * Regular, consistent and punctual attendance is required.
