RETAIL STORE ASSOCIATE SUMMARY American HTV & Craft Tulsa provides crafting materials including, but not limited to: hats, shirts, sweatshirt, patches, vinyl, heat transfers, and much more! Our store is designed to support all the needs of a crafter and those needing designs for any occasion. We are NEW to Tulsa and looking for exceptional Retail Store Associates to support day-to-day activities in our fast-paced, craft supply store. This individual is patient, kind and provides excellent customer service. They will assist walk-in customers, support fellow team members, answer phones, and assist with store inventory replenishment. The ideal candidate is dependable track record, works hard and is energetic. Must be a self-starter, comfortable taking direction and a fast learner. JOB DUTIES * Greets every customer and provides excellent service. * Engages in professional, friendly conversation about their project to understand their needs, and escorts customers to desired product locations in the store. * Assist with receiving and responsible for stocking, pricing, returning, and transferring of merchandise. * Ensures that store shelving is neat and presentable; reports maintenance needs * Process customer transactions efficiently and with the highest level of professionalism. * Proactively drives sales through product knowledge, suggestive selling, and execution of innovative merchandising. QUALIFICATIONS * Professional attitude and excellent manners that exceed customer expectations. * Must be able to work flexible schedule including, days, evenings, weekends and some holidays. * Proven ability to problem-solve. * Demonstrate ability to provide superior customer service. * Strong written and verbal communication PHYSICAL DEMANDS * Standing and walking long periods * Frequently bending down and reaching over head; occasionally crawling. * Ability to lift and carry 50lbs Apply now!
