Job Title: Landscaping Sales Representative Location: Southfield, MI Job Type: Full-time Compensation: Base salary plus commission Benefits: Company vehicle provided Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Landscaping Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales for our landscaping services, cultivating relationships with new and existing clients, and helping us expand our business in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and develop new business opportunities for landscaping services through cold calling, networking, and referrals. * Maintain and strengthen relationships with current clients to secure repeat business. * Present and promote landscaping services to potential customers, addressing their needs and providing tailored solutions. * Prepare accurate and competitive sales quotes for clients. * Close sales and meet/exceed monthly sales targets. * Track and report sales activities and customer feedback. * Achieve sales targets and regularly report progress to senior management using goal tracking systems * Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of services. * Stay up to date on industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice to clients. Qualifications: * Proven experience in sales, preferably in the landscaping or service industry. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively. * Driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently. * Excellent time management and organizational skills. * Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. * Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments. * Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
