Job Summary The Blue Moon Store is a new upscale resale store in Largo. We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Store Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with sales transactions, and maintaining an organized store environment. The person in this role will also handle online sales including eBay and Marketplace. The ideal candidate should have a friendly demeanor and the ability to work independently in a resale environment. Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs. * Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately. * Stock shelves and ensure products are displayed neatly and effectively. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including the sales floor and stockroom. * Assist customers with inquiries about products, promotions, and store policies. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent service. Skills * Strong resale sales experience with a proven ability to sell products effectively. * Ability and comfortability negotiating prices and discounting in a flexible pricing environment. * Proficient in cash handling and operating POS systems. * Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences. * Ability to perform basic retail math for transactions and inventory management. * Experience with product demonstrations is a plus. * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance communication with diverse customers. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
