We're looking for a high-energy, goal-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for generating qualified leads, managing inbound inquiries, and guiding prospects through the full sales cycle. You'll work closely with marketing and sales leadership to build strong relationships with potential customers and communicate the value of our product offerings. Ideal candidates are self-starters with excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Your Impact: * Make 50-80 calls daily to generate qualified sales meetings by following up on marketing-driven leads, self-sourced prospects, and curated call lists * Actively monitor and respond to inbound sales inquiries through phone and live chat platforms * Manage leads and opportunities through the full sales funnel--from initial engagement to close * Develop a strong understanding of the company's offerings, industry position, and key differentiators relative to competitors * Log and maintain accurate lead and deal activity within Salesforce or similar CRM tools * Deliver a great first impression and maintain consistent, high-quality service throughout the sales process * Support other team initiatives as needed to drive collective success What You Bring: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience * 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales or lead generation roles; experience in SaaS, SMB solutions, or the health & wellness industry is a plus * A self-starter mentality with strong initiative and a track record of driving results * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead effective conversations and influence decision-makers * A customer-first mindset, with a genuine interest in solving problems and building relationships * High energy, resilience, and a positive attitude--comfortable navigating objections with professionalism * Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, high-volume environment * Strong understanding of consultative selling techniques and how to position value * Experience with tools like Salesforce, Microsoft Office, auto dialers, chat platforms, and scheduling software Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee assistance program * Health insurance * Health savings account * Life insurance * Paid time off * Professional development assistance * Referral program * Tuition reimbursement * Vision insurance Compensation Package: * Quarterly bonus Schedule: * 8 hour shift Ability to Commute: * Bozeman, MT 59718 (Required) Work Location: In person
