Responsibilities * Engage with customers through various channels, including phone calls and in-person interactions, to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services. * Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and increase overall sales. * Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients, presenting product offerings and addressing any inquiries they may have. * Maintain an organized record of customer interactions and follow up on leads to ensure a high conversion rate. * Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients, ensuring a professional and friendly demeanor at all times. * Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies that align with market trends and customer preferences. * Negotiate terms of sale with customers, ensuring mutual satisfaction while adhering to company policies. * Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to help shape future product offerings.
