Overview We are seeking a motivated and responsible Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team to ensure customer satisfaction , and contributing to the overall success of our sales initiatives. Duties * Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to support sales executives for order growth * Support the sales team by processing transactions, managing inventory, and maintaining an organized showroom and meeting environment * Help to schedule meetings, follow ups emails, keep track of things * Collaborate with team members * Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all samples are well-stocked and presented * Support VP of sales Skills * Strong computer skills (including excel, outlook, word, powerpoint) * Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating patience, empathy, and professionalism. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and colleagues. * Organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Basic knowledge of retail operations is a plus but not required.
