JOB SUMMARY: The primary role of the Inside Sales and Lead Generation Customer Service Representative is to follow up with new and returning leads that are provided, and to establish yourself as a trusted representative of Cash Depot. This includes researching and qualifying prospects and communicating via e-mail and phone. DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: * Identify and pursue sales leads though various channels, including cold calling, networking, databases * Research prospective clients, identify key decision makers and generate interest * Provide product information to meet client needs * Track activity and follow-up dates * Close appointments and/or sales * Meet and exceed monthly activity and sales quotas * Other duties may be assigned REQUIREMENTS:(Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities) * Ability to learn quickly, be aggressive, poised and self-motivated with results orientated mindset * Minimum of 2 years inside sales support experience or 1 year of outside sales experience * Proven experience in sales, business development * Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills and be able to think outside the box * Proficient in CRM software, Excel, Word for tracking sales activities * Ability to work independently, perform under pressure, prioritize workload and meet deadlines PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by the employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. WORK ENVIRONMENT: This job operates in a professional office environment as requires to be in office Monday through Friday. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, etc. This is a full-time day position. Days are Monday through Friday, and hours will have a start time of 7:00 am but the standard is 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
