Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems and a passion for troubleshooting and repair. As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring the optimal performance of machinery and equipment. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency in our operations. Duties * Diagnose mechanical problems using various tools and techniques, including an Ohmmeter. * Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery. * Inspect machinery to identify potential issues before they become significant problems. * Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of repairs. * Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. * Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working in the shop or field. * Assist in the installation of new equipment as needed. Qualifications * Proven experience as a Mechanic or in a similar role. * Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and diagnostic equipment. * Familiarity with electrical systems is a plus. * Ability to read technical manuals and schematics. * Proficient in using an Ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. * High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in mechanics or related fields are advantageous.
