Kickstart your career in Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales with OBM. This is the perfect opportunity to get your foot in the door, learn the ropes, and grow into a full-time B2B outside sales role. The Business Development Representative is responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities through proactive outreach and research. The BDR will work closely with the sales team to drive business growth by creating leads, setting up meetings, and facilitating the early stages of the sales process. Key Responsibilities: * Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through various methods including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and inbound leads. * Prospecting: Research and analyze target markets to find prospective businesses that align with the company's products or services. * Qualifying Leads: Engage with potential customers to assess their needs and fit for the company's offerings. * Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized and up-to-date pipeline of prospects using CRM tools * Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives or Sales Representatives. Preferred Skills: * Experience with B2B sales or SaaS products is a plus. * Knowledge of the target industry or market. * Ability to analyze customer needs and present relevant solutions.
