Personal Training Counselor--immediate opportunities for advancement! Are you an experienced sales person looking to enter the fitness and personal training world? This is the position you've been looking for. We are looking for people who are passionate, highly-motivated, and interested in management-track opportunities inside our National City location. We want people who are able to use their knowledge to sell our personal training services, as well as help connect members to the right trainer and training program for their fitness needs. Sales experience is great, but if you have the desire to learn, we will teach you and give you the tools to succeed. Bilingual/Multilingual is a considerable bonus. You will be responsible for the overall growth, performance, and member experience of our Personal Training Programs. You will spearhead the sales, marketing, and strategic planning of our Personal Training Department, and high-performers are immediately introduced to management training and a clear progression path to the Director position. Since this position entails a high amount of actual personal training, applicants with active Personal Training certifications will be held in high regard. You will do exceptionally well in this job and face immediate career advancement if you are: * Self-Motivated * Driven by financial independence * Willing to sell ethically, and to only sell in an ethical way * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Passionate about Fitness/Wellness * Flexible to work rewarding hours and seeking a robust schedule This position is ideal for someone with significant sales experience, but open to anyone willing to learn the tricks of the trade.
