Overview We are recruiting on behalf of multiple South Florida clients seeking motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associates to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in driving sales through effective communication and upselling techniques. Duties * Conduct sales presentations to potential customers in a retail setting * Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for processing transactions. * Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale Requirements * Must be bilingual in English and Spanish. * Must be 18 or older * Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service environment is preferred, but not necessary. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. * A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
