Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager of Business Development to lead our efforts in expanding our market presence and driving growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and business development, with expertise in strategic planning and customer relationship management. This role requires excellent communications skills and colloborate effectively with the managers to execute the organizations's policies, procedures and goals. Establish new business relationships and provide excellent customer service. Perform other duties as assigned. Duties * Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives. * Identify new market opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with overall company goals. * Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer relationships, and reporting on sales activities. * Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. * Requirements * Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a strong track record of achieving targets. * Proficiency in Salesforce or similar customer relationship management software. * Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively. * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly. * A strategic thinker who can analyze market trends and develop actionable plans.
