Company Overview Pella Windows & Doors by HORNE, a leading supplier of high performance windows and doors to the residential and commercial markets, is seeking an INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE for our Traverse City Experience Center. Our successful candidate will be a passionately COMPETITIVE and OUTGOING individual, who works with a POSITIVE ATTITUDE and a PASSION FOR HELPING OTHERS. Primary Responsibilities of this position include: 1. Meeting Customers and Prospective Customers in our State of the Art Showroom, learning about their window and door needs and desires, and ENTHUSIASTICALLY explaining how our Pella Products can meet their needs. 2. TELEPHONE OUTREACH to PROSPECTIVE HOME BUILDERS AND CONTRACTORS, with the goal of setting appointments for PELLA'S OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVES. 3. Various daily tasks including SCHEDULING PRODUCT DELIVERIES. 4. Assisting our OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVES in planning and executing CUSTOMER EVENTS IN OUR SHOWROOM. WE OFFER: 1.
