Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and sales expertise to effectively communicate our solutions to clients and help them achieve their business goals. Duties * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business development. * Lead sales initiatives by creating strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base. * Conduct warm calling efforts to engage potential clients and nurture existing relationships. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products. * Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track client interactions, manage accounts, and report on sales activities. * Provide technical sales support by explaining product features, benefits, and use cases to clients. Skills * Proven experience in sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and client needs effectively. * Strong leadership abilities to guide teams towards achieving common goals. * Experience in technical sales or technology sales is highly desirable. * Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM software for account management. * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on customer satisfaction.
