Inside Sales Representative Conrad's Tire Xpress & Total Car Care, the Tire Industry Leader in Northeast Ohio, is looking for an Inside Sales Representative for the Wholesale Tire division. Job Description As the Wholesale Inside Sales Representative , you will: * Generate prospective client bases through contacting and initiating leads for outside sales staff. * Answering calls and processing orders accurately and in a timely manner. * Maintain and develop knowledge of product lines to assist customer effectively. * Stays within guidelines of established pricing structure, special programs and delivery schedules when assisting customers. As a Marketing Assistant , you will: * Process data and help analyze market pricing/distribution strategies. * Help create and execute marketing strategies via direct and social media platforms. * Monitor and maintain promotional materials and coordinate their distribution. * Work with and help develop regional accounts and new distribution strategies. Job Qualifications * 1-year sales and customer service knowledge and/or experience. * 1-year computer knowledge and/or experience. * Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point. * Experience with social media marketing a plus. * 1 - 2 years of tire or automotive aftermarket experience. * Operations management and/or marketing knowledge or experience a plus.
