Overview Harvest Lending is a funding company in the heart of Midtown we provides businesses with tailored financial needs. We are a direct lender with a team of underwriters loan officers and salesforce allowing us to make the best competitive offers. We are looking to grow our team of sales professionals with qualified and experienced candidates. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and business development, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively. This role involves negotiating deals, and driving sales growth through various strategies, including warm calling to prospective clients using a generated client list. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Training is provided * Engage in warm calling with generated leads and expand the client base. * Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities with existing clients. * Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. * English is essential for succeeding in this role. Requirements * Proven experience in technical sales or a related field is preferred. * Strong skills in business development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships. * Experience in financial sales is a plus, any sales field is welcome. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present clearly. * Proficiency in using software tools for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities.
