Job Overview Kaizen Solutions is seeking a motivated and results-driven Direct Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling telecommunication services directly to potential customers through door-to-door interactions. As a key member of our sales force, your ability to engage with prospects, communicate effectively, and build relationships will be essential in driving sales and expanding our customer base. You will represent Kaizen Solutions, showcasing our high-speed internet services and educating customers on the benefits of our technology. Responsibilities * Conduct door-to-door sales to promote and sell telecommunication services to residential and business customers. * Engage with potential customers by presenting the features, advantages, and benefits of our services and how it can improve their connectivity. * Develop a deep understanding of Kaizen Solutions' offerings to confidently address customer needs, answer questions, and overcome objections. * Maintain and update accurate customer records, tracking sales activities, interactions, and follow-ups. * Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage leads, track sales progress, and report on daily activities. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and new technologies to effectively differentiate our fiber optic services. * Collaborate with team members and sales leaders to optimize sales strategies and market approaches. * Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and feedback. Requirements * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in Spanish is a plus. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role. * Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with diverse customers. * A customer-first attitude and a passion for providing high-quality service. * Ability to work outdoors and travel within assigned territories. * A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to handle rejection and objections constructively.
