As a Rental Sales Representative at Russell Equipment, you will be responsible for renting equipment on the company's behalf. Your role will focus on securing new customers while fostering and maintaining strong business relationships. This is primarily an inside sales position with minimal travel. Key responsibilities include: * Assisting customers in selecting the right equipment for their needs. * Following up on customer emails, calls, quotes, and transactions. * Ensuring customer satisfaction by following up after equipment delivery. * Managing the sales process from start to finish, including promoting equipment, cultivating leads, and ensuring payment receipt.
