Are you a highly driven salesperson with a knack for helping customers find the perfect products? Do you have a keen eye for design? If so, we want YOU to join our team! KEY RESPONSIBILIES * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert guidance selecting countertops * Know the inventory and educate customers of product features and benefits, showcasing our extensive range of colors and styles * Find and build strong relationships with new contractors ensuring repeat business and referrals * Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience from selection to installation QUALIFICATIONS * Excellent sales and customer service skills * Strong attention to detail and follow up * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects * Ambition to beat sales goals and earn top pay Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Paid training Compensation Package: * Commission pay * Monthly bonus * Signing bonus Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Application Question(s): * What would you do when sales are slow?
