Job Title: Inside Sales Representative Location: DV Brands, Valencia, CA Job Type: Full-Time (In-Office, Monday - Friday) About Us: DV Brands is a leading e-liquid manufacturing company committed to producing top-quality products for the vape industry. As we continue to expand our global presence, currently selling to over 100 countries, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and help us continue to grow. Job Description: As an Inside Sales Representative at DV Brands, you will play a key role in driving sales growth by promoting and selling our range of products. This is an in-office position where you will work closely with both new and existing clients, providing excellent customer service, developing relationships, and helping to identify new business opportunities. You will be a key player in contributing to the expansion of our business as we release new products and expand into new markets. Responsibilities: * Promote and sell DV Brands' products, including e-liquids, disposables, nicotine pouches, and more. * Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions. * Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives, with a focus on driving revenue growth. * Manage incoming inquiries and follow up with leads. * Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and competitor activity. * Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and offering tailored solutions. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information in our CRM system. Qualifications: * Proven experience in sales, preferably within the vape industry. * Strong understanding of e-liquid, vape products, and the overall vape industry landscape. * Motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales and customer success. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. * Must have reliable transportation. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and growing environment. * Previous experience in B2B sales is a plus.
