Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our market presence through strategic planning and effective sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, project management, and customer relationship management, with a focus on leveraging software tools such as Salesforce to enhance operational efficiency. Hourly plus Commission and bonuses!! Duties * Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted markets to drive revenue growth. * Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. * Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients to secure profitable partnerships. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and project deliverables. * Utilize Salesforce and other software tools for effective tracking of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends. * Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for expansion. * Prepare reports and presentations for senior management to communicate progress against business goals. Skills * Proven experience in business development or sales management with a track record of success. * Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals successfully. * Proficient in using Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. * Strategic planning capabilities to develop actionable business strategies. * Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs within the industry. * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
