About Us: Envera Systems is a leader in the software-enabled security space dedicated to helping businesses streamline their operations and maximize safety. We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and play a crucial role in our sales efforts. Job Summary: As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, validating, and engaging potential leads. Your primary focus will be on outbound prospecting-making cold calls, sending cold emails, and setting up product demos for our sales team. This is a junior-level position, ideal for someone eager to build a career in sales and develop key skills in customer engagement, lead qualification, and relationship building. Key Responsibilities: * Research and validate lead information to ensure accurate prospect data. * Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social media outreach. * Qualify leads based on specific criteria to determine potential fit. * Set up appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team. * Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead and prospect data. * Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies. * Follow up with leads to nurture and move them through the sales funnel. * Meet or exceed weekly and monthly outreach and appointment-setting targets. Qualifications & Skills: * 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (entry-level candidates welcome). * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. * A self-starter with a proactive and persistent approach to outreach. * Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections. * Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new sales techniques and tools. * Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
