Responsibilities: * Guide customers through the sales process, from vehicle selection to financing. * Deliver professional and knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new and used vehicles. * Utilize Customer Relationship Management tools to effectively manage customer interactions. * Educate customers on the benefits of Salt Lake Valley Buick GMC. * Present deal structures and finance products to customers. * Maintain high customer satisfaction through follow-up and exceptional service. * Stay updated on new vehicle products, features, and accessories through ongoing training modules. * Represent the dealership and Salt Lake Valley Buick GMC Automotive Group with professionalism and integrity. Requirements: * 2 years of experience in customer service, car sales, or retail sales preferred. * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. * Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. * Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S. * High School Diploma or equivalent. * Valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record.
