Qualifications: * Insurance Experience - Active Property & Casualty License required, along with experience in the industry directly involving sales (the ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience) * Leadership - This is a leadership role, so candidates with leadership experience in the insurance sales space are encouraged to apply. * Multi-tasking - Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment. * Communication - The ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all. * Organization - Ability to plan and operate in a well-organized manner * Team Oriented - Ability to work as a part of a team, as well as maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace. * Goal Focused - A successful candidate for this role will have experience with setting goals for themselves and their team, coaching to meet those goals, and creating an environment where success happens.
