In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers--answering questions, providing product information, offering solutions, and nurturing strong, long-term relationships. You'll also support the sales team's success by ensuring a smooth and responsive customer experience at every stage of the process. Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Sales Support * Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries and quote requests, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs. * Build trust with customers by delivering exceptional service focused on retention, satisfaction, and loyalty. * Identify and leverage additional pull-through sales opportunities during customer interactions. * Assist customers with product recommendations, order updates, and problem resolution with a focus on providing fast, thoughtful solutions. * Track and expedite outstanding orders through proactive communication and CRM (Pipedrive) updates to ensure satisfaction. Sales Process Coordination * Support the company's inside sales goals by meeting individual monthly and quarterly objectives tied to customer engagement and sales activity. * Collaborate with external manufacturer representatives and internal departments (shipping, quality, procurement) to ensure accurate quotations and order completion. * Nurture new customer relationships by following growth strategy plans aligned with business goals. Internal Leadership & Communication * Work within a team and assist other sales associates by providing support and guidance on customer service best practices and problem-solving techniques when needed. * Maintain accurate customer records and opportunity tracking within CRM systems. * Uphold and promote HASCO's company values, teamwork standards, and ethical business practices in every customer and internal interaction.
