Responsibilities * Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties. * Conduct market research to stay informed about property values and trends. * Prepare and present property listings, including detailed descriptions and photographs. * Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients. * Provide guidance on real estate law and regulations to ensure compliance. * Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions. * Develop marketing strategies to promote listings and attract potential buyers. * Build and maintain relationships with clients through excellent customer service. * Attend open houses, showings, and networking events to expand your client base.
