Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive approach to warm calling potential clients, analyzing market trends, and negotiating contracts to secure new business opportunities. The Account Executive will play a crucial role in our sales strategy and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Responsibilities * Conduct warm calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services. * Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. * Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with clients. * Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional service and support. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention. * Collaborate with the sales team to create effective strategies for achieving sales targets. * Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics. * Provide leadership within the team by mentoring junior sales staff and sharing best practices. Skills * Proven experience in sales, preferably in technical sales or account management. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers. * Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and client needs. * Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client interactions. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients. * Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of driving results.
