As a valued member of our team , you will have the opportunity to sell new insurance policies to active insurance shoppers. You will be building relationships and educating your prospects about insurance while you help them solve their insurance problems. Since Customer Experience is so significant on our team, you will always leave your clients better off than when you found them. * Experience in the industry is not necessary*. Our training and resources are top-notch; if you have what it takes, we will get you up to speed. We have multiple locations here in California. Salary: $75000 - $95000 per year * Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Retirement Plan Evenings Off Paid Training Mentoship Snacks in the Office * Responsibilities* * Train daily with the team to perfect your craft * Quote and Sell new policies to prospects shopping for insurance. * Cross-Sell new insurance policies * Write new Policies covering multiple lines of business * New Leads are provided Daily from prospects actively shopping * Quote and Sell Live Transfers from our Telemarketing Team * Help prospects find gaps or missing coverages and offer them solutions. * Ensure all Prospects and Clients have a fantastic experience! * Achieve goals by writing new property and casualty insurance from leads provided by the agency. * Ensure that our Agency Sales Processes are followed consistently * Responsible for accurate underwriting * Be an amazing Teammate * Be a great Role Model and Leader to your team Requirements * Prior Sales Experience is Required Prior Customer Service Experience is Required Prior Office Experience a Plus! * About You: You have an upbeat and positive attitude You're Highly Motivated Learning and Growing is super important to you You are A loveable person who is fantastic with others Trustworthy, Integrity, and Honesty are very important to you Passionate about helping people and excited to teach others about their insurance Love to Build New Relationships Genuinely care about your clients, and you want the best for them Organization and Task Management come quickly to you You communicate easily and often with your team Teamwork and being on a good, supportive team are essential to you You are resourceful and not afraid to keep working till you find the correct answer Having a Coach and a Mentor excites you about this opportunity You genuinely care about your team and those around you * Must-Have: Ability to pass a background check Valid Drivers License & Reliable Transportation * A CA Property & Casualty License is required for this position.
