As we continue to grow, we're looking for a driven Commercial Sales Territory Manager to help secure specifications and drive sales within these key markets. What You 'll Do: * Sales Focus : Drive Unilock product specifications in the New England area through strategic engagement with the design and development communities. * Sales Targets : Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets set by the Sales Manager. * Consultation : Work directly with engineering, architectural, and landscape professional builders, roofing contractors, in both public and private sectors to develop Unilock product specifications. * Client Management : Manage relationships with commercial landscape contractors, providing support to ensure accurate product specifications and technical support. * Presentations : Conduct impactful presentations to design professionals and business owners to promote Unilock products. * Collaboration : Partner with Territory Managers to drive specifications and sales for Unilock's commercial products. * Project Tracking : Enter, track, and follow up on projects from initial design through to final sale and installation in Unilock's CRM system. * Continuous Learning : Stay updated on industry trends by attending educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and participating in seminars and conferences. * Networking : Build strong relationships with design professionals, national accounts, and commercial contractors. * Event Participation : Represent Unilock at local trade shows, industry events, and association functions. * Additional Responsibilities : Other duties as assigned to meet the organization's needs. What You Need to Succeed: * Must reside within the New England territory. * 3-5 years of successful sales experience in the specifying community, preferably within commercial construction or landscape design. * A Bachelor 's degree in a related field (design, architecture, engineering, etc.) is preferred. * Strong knowledge of the commercial specification and construction process. * A results-driven mindset with a high sense of urgency and a need-to-win attitude. * Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and building long-term relationships. * Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills , with the ability to speak confidently in public settings. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new CRM software. * Strong critical thinking skills to handle customer objections and provide effective solutions. * A valid driver 's license with a clean driving record. * Physical Requirements : Ability to lift to 30 pounds (for handling product samples and mock-ups).
