Responsibilities * Assist Sales in managing B2B relationships and maintaining client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction. * Support direct sales initiatives by identifying potential clients * Maintain accurate records, customer interactions, and account status updates. * Provide administrative support to the sales team, including contract entry, preparing reports and presentations as needed. Skills * Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and account management techniques. * Proven prior experience in sales support. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously and providing excellent customer service. * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients and team members.
