Isto Biologics is a growing, 100% biologics-focused company committed to helping patients heal faster by providing a range of advanced solutions to surgeons of varying specialties. Isto is seeking a part-time (up to 20 hours/week) Account Specialist in the Cleveland, Ohio area. Working under the direction and guidance of the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) the Account Specialist is responsible for: * Providing case coverage support to existing and new customers. Case coverage will be scheduled cooperatively with RSM and key accounts. * Providing in-service technical support of Isto's products in the OR setting. * Scheduling, case preparation, troubleshooting, and coordination with Customer Service for proper billing and any necessary product replenishment. * All coverage activity will be in alignment with the strategic priorities of the organization. Operating to applicable areas of the Quality System required. Education / Experience : * A four year Bachelor's Degree in a scientific or technical field or equivalent education/experience is preferred. * Previous hospital/OR based service and related orthopedic and spinal surgery sales experience would be highly preferred, along with a demonstrated interest in patient care. * Position requires a self-motivated, results-oriented individual with strong interpersonal, communication, administrative and organizational skills. * Position may present varied work hours and travel, depending on region. * A valid driver's license in good standing is also required. The schedule for this position varies based on when cases are scheduled. Cases are often in the morning, arriving at the hospital by 6:30AM and wrapping up around 10-12PM, however cases can be anytime during normal working hours.
