We are currently seeking a proactive, dedicated, and customer-focused Landscape Account Manager. As a key member of our Landscape Management Division, you will serve as the primary contact for our contracted accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and contract renewals. This role involves maintaining positive customer relations, selling non- contracted landscape management services, and managing properties proactively. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through clear and frequent communication. * Proactively manage properties by identifying and resolving landscape issues before they escalate. * Monitor crew activities and work closely with production staff to ensure quality and timely service delivery. * Ensure properties meet customer expectations in terms of appearance and beauty. * Maintain job costs within guidelines and assist in meeting profitability goals. * Prepare and present proposals in a professional manner, following up on bids and offering value-engineered solutions to customers. * Represent Western Landscape Inc. at various events and associations to build relationships and secure new business. * Stay updated on industry trends to identify and act upon opportunities for expanded services. Qualifications * At least 2 years of relevant experience. * Ability to work in-person. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Ability to present effective sales presentations, both written and verbal. * Proficiency in maintaining database information. * Ability to lead and inspire others. * Results and action-oriented mindset. * Spanish speaking is preferred. * Certifications in Landscape Maintenance and Irrigation. Compensation The annual salary for this position ranges from $65,000 to $90,000 , with additional commission pay and performance bonuses.
