Expressions Display & Flags is looking for a Full Time Customer-oriented Phone Sales Representative to Join our Team. Salary + Commissions / Bonuses. Responsibilities * Call Existing & New Customers to introduce our Company and Products * Sell our Print Services * Read and respond to emails * Follow-up on Sales Leads, Quotes and Invoices * Follow-up on orders for full customer satisfaction and additional orders * Identify and contact potential Customers * Assess customers' needs and Offer Solutions * Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication * Meet personal / customer service team call handling quotas * Manage incoming calls Skills * Winning Ambitious Attitude a Must! * Proven B2B Phone Sales experience * Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening * Familiarity with CRM systems and practices * Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters * Computer Literate Call John at 770-[please apply online] for phone interview and to schedule eventual meeting.
