Overview We are seeking a performance-driven and motivated worker to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing relationships with clients, managing accounts, and promoting our service line. The ideal candidate will possess a desire to learn, social skills, dedication, perseverance, and ideally any background in sales. We have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while servicing as much as possible, and plan to pass that on for years to come. Responsibilities * Identify and develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory. * Manage existing accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention. * Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. * Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and campaigns. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management. * Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to help shape product offerings. * Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our solutions. * Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets through effective territory management. Qualifications * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients. * Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team environment. * Ability to learn alongside experienced veterans and management. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills. * Familiarity with retail sales or inside sales techniques is a plus. * Proven experience in outside sales or territory sales is a plus.
