Job Summary: We're looking for an energetic, people-focused Fire Chaser to respond in real time to active fire scenes throughout our tri-county area. This is a fast-paced, field-based role where your goal is to introduce our services to homeowners in need and help secure restoration opportunities. Key Responsibilities: * Monitor local fire alerts and dispatches using scanner apps and online resources * Respond on-site to fire loss events and make first contact with affected property owners * Represent Rainbow Restoration with empathy, professionalism, and a helpful attitude * Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance-related processes * Develop relationships with local fire departments, police, and first responders * Coordinate with the office and mitigation team for inspections and services * Accurately record leads, interactions, and job outcomes in CRM software Qualifications: * Background in sales, restoration, public safety, or emergency services preferred * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Comfortable with high-pressure environments and working independently * Must be available for evening, weekend, and on-call work * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required * Strong knowledge of the Greater Cleveland area is a plus What We Offer: * Uncapped commission with high earning potential * Monthly and quarterly performance bonuses * Branded gear, marketing materials, and CRM access * Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement available * Ongoing training and growth opportunities Apply Today!
