What You 'll Do: * Call and connect with homeowners who've already shown interest in our services * Follow up with leads, answer questions, and guide people toward scheduling their service with confidence. * Clearly explain our services and packages in a way that builds value and trust. * Handle objections like a pro and close deals without being pushy -- we're big on trust, not tricks. * Log conversations and keep your pipeline organized using our CRM tools. * Be part of daily huddles and team strategy sessions focused on improving performance and results. * Hit and exceed your sales goals -- Bonus are paid our weekly and monthly!
