As our newest insurance sales representative you will sell and market our insurance products to new customers. As a full-time sales representative you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows. If you are ready to build your insurance sales career in our client oriented, fast paced Responsibilities: Be outstanding at relationship building Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales. Meet new business production goals and objectives Solicits for new business via telephone, social media, networking, and other lead sources. Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc. Requirements: A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual. Interested in a sales career, sales experience is a plus. Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude Great Customer Service Skills. Possess a valid Driver's License Ability to successfully pass a background check required for licensing. No felonies. Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
