* We are seeking 4 new qualified agents to add to our Funding Team. MCA experience is preferred--however, motivated individuals with phone-sales experience will fit right in. We will conduct a 1 day training, and continue to assist you during your initial weeks. Your sales position will require you to open deals with merchants, and collect their business documents for submission. You will be working as part of a team, which allows the opportunity for more of your deals to get funded. You will consistently be provided with new leads DAILY to give you every opportunity to be successful. This is an inside sales position, no traveling outside of the office required. Only seeking dedicated individuals, who are willing to put in the hard-work to see results. Responsibilities/Skills: * Pitch and prospect leads to convert merchants into clients. * Meet production levels. * Make 250+ calls a day. * Educate merchants on the benefits of alternative financing. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organized and thorough, tracking your own leads and ability to manage your pipeline. * Comfortable in a fast-paced environment. * Receptive, open to feedback and able to apply advice into their work.
