About the Company: Our client is a private equity and venture capital investment firm that invests in middle-market companies in the consumer, healthcare, software, and manufacturing sectors. The Business Development Coordinator will assist the team in coordinating all aspects of the firms business development and will assist with the communications and other initiatives for the firm. Responsibilities: * Manage the firms CRM system and generate reports and analysis to assist in tracking investor activity * Produce weekly new deal packets and portfolio company packets * Coordinate the processing of NDAs on new deals * Assist with preparation of presentations and other collateral for team meetings * Organize conference schedules among senior leadership * Manage and update the firms website as needed * Coordinate press releases Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field * 4-6 years of experience in a relevant role * Experience with data analysis and project management * Experience with DealCloud or similar CRM Salary Range: $100,000-$130,000 LI-AA1
