Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities through direct sales efforts. * Manage assigned territory effectively, ensuring all sales targets are met or exceeded. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns. * Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing accounts, and reporting on progress. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance lead generation efforts. * Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure profitable deals while maintaining strong customer relationships. * Provide ongoing account management support, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Experience * Proven experience in sales, preferably in inside sales or direct sales environments. * Strong background in territory management and business development is highly desirable. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients. * Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully. * Experience conducting product demos is advantageous but not required.
