As a Team Member of The UPS Store you will have the following duties: * Provide prompt, efficient and courteous customer service * Assist customers to determine the best way to ship their packages * Assist customers with Returns * Assist customers with document services * Pack merchandise for shipment and process shipments * Ring sales in a computerized register * Maintain a clean, customer friendly environment in the store and other tasks that are included on job assignments * Restock supplies and retail shelves * The position requires standing, bending and reaching. Frequent lifting of 1 to 15 pounds, 15 to 30 pounds often and occasional lifting of up to 40-50 pounds Requirements Team Memebers should have these qualities: * Have a helpful, friendly attitude * Our ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills * Basic computer knowledge required * Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift a minimum of 50lb's * Detail oriented a must * Organizational skills needed * Desire to be part of a performance-driven team * High school diploma or GED preferred Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $16.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 25 per week Schedule: * 4 hour shift * 8 hour shift Ability to Commute: * Holden, MA 01520 (Required) Work Location: In person
