We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team and help customers find the perfect vehicle to fit their needs. * Key Responsibilities: * Assist customers throughout the car-buying process, from initial inquiry to final sale. * Develop and maintain strong product knowledge of GMC vehicles, features, and financing options. * Provide an exceptional customer experience by building relationships and understanding client needs. * Follow up with potential leads and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects. * Work collaboratively with the sales and finance teams to achieve dealership goals. * Conduct test drives and present vehicles in an engaging and informative manner. * Stay updated on industry trends, promotions, and competitor offerings. * Qualifications: * Previous automotive sales experience required. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers efficiently. * Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. * Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools * Pay: * Competitive base salary plus commission (potential earnings $60,000 - $120,000+ per year).
